At PREYANS.COM, we believe in making your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable! That’s why we offer a super easy 3-day return policy and a 7-day replacement policy to keep you worry-free.
Easy Returns & Refunds
When Can You Return a Product?
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can return it within 3 days of delivery.
- If the packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know at support@preyans.com with your Order ID.
How to Return?
- Log in to your PREYANS.COM account.
- Click on Return and follow the simple steps.
- We will arrange free pickup from your doorstep.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer – simply share your bank details when raising the return request.
- For COD orders, a return charge of up to ₹50 will be applicable.
Partial Order Returns
- If you return part of an order, store credits will be issued, which can be used on your next purchase.
- If you ordered multiple items with a discount, the refund will be adjusted based on the non-returned items.
Super Easy Replacements (7 Days)
When Can You Get a Replacement?
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a free pickup and send the replacement to you quickly!
Want to Exchange for a Different Product?
- If the new product costs more, we will give you a coupon for the returned product’s value. Use it to place a new order and pay the difference.
- If the new product costs less, we’ll ship the product and provide store credit for the balance.
How to Request Replacement or Exchange?
- Email us at support@preyans.com or message us on WhatsApp [+91-9001710038] to place your request.
- Our response time is 12 hours on business days. On weekends, just drop a message, and we will get back to you.
Special Offers & SALE Products
Orders with Offers (SALE, FREE Gift, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, etc.)
- If you ordered under a Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar offer, you must return the entire order for a refund. Partial returns are not allowed.
- SALE & FREE Gift Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If you want to exchange an order placed with an offer, the entire order must be exchanged.
- No additional discounts can be applied to exchange orders.
Important Notes
Unboxing Video is a Must!
- Please record a video while unboxing your package. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, send us this video to process your return or exchange.
- The product should be clearly visible from both the front and back in the video.
- No unboxing video = No claim processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Gift boxes and packaging materials.
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery.
Missed Pickup? No Worries!
- If you miss the pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
In-Store Returns
- Want to visit our store for a return or exchange? Just book an appointment with us in advance.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
- Keep a receipt when returning via courier for proof of shipment.
