Return & Exchange Policy

At Preyans, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are valid within 3 days after the product has been successfully delivered to your doorstep. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos or videos (at the time of opening product box) if the product is damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
