At PREYANS.COM, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable! We offer a 3-day return policy and a 7-day replacement policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Easy Returns & Refunds

When Can You Return a Product?

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The packaging is tampered with or damaged. In this case, please refuse the delivery and notify us at support@preyans.com with your Order ID.

How to Return?

  1. Log in

     to your PREYANS.COM account. [In case if you not register with email id please register first and then login and if you did not find your order there please inform us, we will updated there and then you can follow next return process.]

  2. Click on ‘Return’ and follow the simple steps. [If you face issue to return, please contact here on whatsapp: +91-9001710038 or mail: support@gmail.com]
  3. We will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Simply share your bank details when submitting a return request.
  • Return Charges for COD Orders:

    • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, no return charges apply.
    • For replacement requests (excluding defective or wrong products), a return charge of 50 applies to COD orders.

Partial Order Returns

  • If you return part of an order, a store credit (view in your 'Account' > 'profile' section) will be issued, which can be used on your next purchase.
  • If your order included a discount on multiple items, the refund will be adjusted based on the non-returned items.

Super Easy Replacements (7 Days)

When Can You Request a Replacement?

You can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (for both Prepaid and COD orders).
  • You do not like the product or have a size issue. {return charges may apply. read below.}

Replacement Conditions

  • The replacement will be provided in the form of a Gift Card/Coupon/Store Credit equivalent to the product cost paid.
  • The coupon can be used anytime* on our store for a new purchase.
  • Replacement is free for Prepaid orders.
  • For COD orders, a 50 charge will apply.

How to Request a Replacement or Exchange?

  • Email us at support@preyans.com or
  • Message us on WhatsApp at +91-9001710038.
  • Response time: 12 hours on business days. For weekend requests, we will respond on the next business day.

Want to Exchange for a Different Product?

  • If the new product costs more, we will issue a coupon for the returned product’s value, which you can use to place a new order and pay the difference.
  • If the new product costs less, we will ship the product and provide store credit for the balance.

Special Offers & SALE Products

Orders with Offers (SALE, FREE Gift, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, etc.)

  • If you placed an order under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or a similar offer, the entire order must be returned for a refund. Partial returns are not allowed.
  • SALE & FREE Gift Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • If you wish to exchange an order placed with an offer, the entire order must be exchanged.
  • No additional discounts will be applied to exchange orders.

Important Notes

Unboxing Video is Required

  • Please record a video while unboxing your package.
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, send us this video to process your return or exchange.
  • The product must be clearly visible from both the front and back in the video.
  • No unboxing video = No claim processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Gift boxes and packaging materials.
  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery.

Missed Pickup? No Worries!

  • If you miss the pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

In-Store Returns

  • Want to return or exchange a product in person? Book an appointment with us in advance.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
  • If returning via courier, keep the shipment receipt for proof.
