We offer a Lifetime Warranty on plating for all Preyans demi-fine jewellery, so you can wear your pieces with confidence and style every day.

How to Claim Your Warranty

Photograph the Product
Capture clear photos of the tarnished or affected item.

Receive Store Credit

Upon receipt and verification, you will be issued store credit as per the terms below. Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Store Credit Terms

0–6 Months from Purchase: 50% of invoice value

6–12 Months from Purchase: 25% of invoice value

After 12 Months: 15% of invoice value

Breakage Warranty

We understand accidental damage can happen. In case of breakage during regular usage, you are eligible for 15% of the product value as Preyans Cash, redeemable online within 6 months of issuance.

Note: All the above-mentioned percentages will be calculated after deducting any discounts or offers applied at the time of placing the order.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not covered under the Preyans Warranty:

Alterations or resizing by third-party jewellers

Mishandling of zirconia crystals

Loss of crystals or stones

Luxury handcrafted sets
