All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Preyans reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

5. Shipping:
Orders above ₹1499 qualify for free shipping within India. Orders below this amount will incur shipping charges based on the weight or volumetric weight of the product. We do not ship internationally.

6. Returns and Exchanges:
You may return or exchange an item within 3 days of successful delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further details.

7. Liability:
Preyans is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
